​​Over the past five years, I’ve overseen more than 800 units across multi-family, commercial, and HOA communities. I’ve worked through the complexities of new development transitions, daily operational oversight, and the financial realities property owners face. That experience shaped my approach — management must be organized, responsive, and aligned with ownership goals.

Licensed in Massachusetts, I've completed more than 50 sales and lease transactions. I understand both the operational demands of property management and the financial priorities of ownership.

Clear communication and transparency are central to how I operate. Too often, property owners struggle to get direct answers or consistent updates. I focus on structured systems, organized reporting, and responsive communication tailored to each owner’s goals.

As a North Shore of resident for over 20 years, I care deeply about the local community and long-term property stability. This business is built on trust and referrals, and I approach every property with that responsibility in mind.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hockey, surfing, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family.
