Over the past several years, Owen Spence has overseen the management of more than 800 residential units across multi-family buildings, commercial properties, and HOA communities. Through that experience, he has developed a clear perspective on what property owners need most from management: organized operations, responsive communication, and practical problem solving.

Owen has worked through the complexities of new development transitions, daily property operations, vendor coordination, leasing, and financial oversight, giving him a strong understanding of both the operational and financial realities of owning rental property. He works directly with owners, tenants, and vendors to keep properties operating smoothly.

Clear communication and transparency are central to how Owen operates. Many property owners struggle to get direct answers or consistent updates from management companies. Owen focuses on structured systems, organized reporting, and straightforward communication tailored to each owner’s goals.

As a North Shore resident for more than 20 years, Owen cares deeply about the stability of local housing and the long-term success of the properties he manages.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf, hockey, surfing, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family.
