About Owen Spence

I’ve been involved in property management and real estate for over five years and have overseen more than 800 units at one time across hundreds of different buildings. My experience includes managing multi-family and commercial properties, as well as guiding new developments through the transition from developer control to HOA management.
I’ve been licensed in Massachusetts for over five years and have completed more than 50 sales and lease transactions. I understand both the operational side of property management and the financial priorities of ownership.
Communication and transparency are central to how I operate. Too often, property owners struggle to get direct answers or consistent updates. I focus on clear expectations, organized systems, and responsive communication tailored to each owner’s goals.
Having lived on the North Shore of Massachusetts for over 20 years, I care about the local community and long-term property stability. This business is built on trust and referrals, and I approach every property with that responsibility in mind.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hockey, surfing, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family.
